Luxury glamping

Our boutique glamping offering includes just four bell tents, each positioned to maximise views and privacy. Fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, the tents provide a comfortable, nature-immersed stay within easy reach of shared amenities and communal spaces. Bell tents can be booked individually or together for group stays and retreat-style experiences.

Communal area

When you book in one of the four glamping tents (or all), you have access to our superbly equipped communal area.

    • Male and female amenities with flushing toilets and hot showers with a change room

    • Hand towel, bath matt, shampoo, conditioner and soap

    • A modern well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and gas stove

    • Kettle,crockery and cutlery, serving dishes and glass ware

    • Tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, salt, pepper, oil, BBQ and tomato sauce

    • A lounge room with a billiards table and darts, noughts and crosses, books and board games

    • A dam with jetty

    • Outdoor firepit.Fire ban is applicable in certain seasons of the year.Read fire ban guide.

    • Indoor fireplace

    • TV with 300 DVDs

    • Large covered outdoor area with a BBQ

    • An indoor 12 seater dining table

    • An outdoor 14 seater dining table

    • A 12 seater dining table by the dam

    • 12 seater dining table under our signature tree

    • A gorgeous wood fired hot tub (becomes small plunge pool in summer).

    Please note: 1 hot tub available for all 4 tents, (optional extra of $100).

    When individual tents are booked, the first person to book and pay for the hot tub, gets EXCLUSIVE use of the hot tub.

  • When you book group bookings only, you have the option to book the bunk house.

    INCLUSIONS

    • 2 interconnecting rooms with one room with a queen bed and other with 2 bunks (double on bottom and single on top). This space is ‘cosy’ and is ideal for children.

    Please note: whilst we do have enough beds to sleep 16 guests, we do not recommend having 16 guests, since we are off grid, it puts a lot of pressure on our solar and water systems.

    ‍Glenayr Farm is the perfect place to escape and unwind! The sunset, sunrise, beautiful night sky, and uninterrupted countryside views are spectacular. The local wineries are beautiful, as is the quaint charm of the local town. Definitely recommend staying here
