CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

  • Check-in is available from 2:00pm. As Glenayr Farm is an un-hosted site, you’re welcome to arrive any time after 2:00pm at your convenience.

  • Check-out is before 10:00am.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION

  • More than 60 days prior to arrival, a refund or credit may be offered, less a $100 cancellation fee and any applicable merchant fees.

  • Within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling – We will always do our best to assist with rescheduling where possible. A $50 rescheduling fee applies, along with any rate difference.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR WEDDINGS & RETREATS

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

  • If a cancellation is made four months or more prior to the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • The remaining 50% is due four months prior to the event. Once full payment has been made, no refunds will be given for cancellations.

  • As weddings and retreats are held on an exclusive basis and require significant preparation and advance commitments, these conditions apply to all bookings.

FIRE SAFETY

  • Glenayr Farm is on a rural property and fire safety is extremely important.

  • Outdoor fire pits cannot be used between 1 December and 1 March each year. These dates may change in line with local fire authority advice and conditions.

  • Fire pits must not be used during windy conditions or on any Total Fire Ban days.

  • All guests must read and follow the Full Fire Ban Guide provided in the pre-arrival information.

NOISE & NEIGHBOUR CONSIDERATION

  • Glenayr Farm is known for its peace, privacy and natural surroundings. Noise carries easily across the property, so guests are asked to be mindful at all times.

  • Outdoor noise must be minimised after 10:00pm out of respect for other guests and neighbouring properties.

CHILDREN GUIDELINES

  • Glenayr Farm offers both family stays and tranquil adult-only escapes. The following guidelines help ensure the right experience for all guests.

  • Children are welcome in the Villas, as these spaces provide full privacy.

  • Children are permitted in the glamping area only when all four tents are booked exclusively by the same group. Each tent accommodates two guests, with a maximum of one additional child per tent. Individual glamping tent bookings remain adults-only to preserve a peaceful atmosphere.

  • Children stay free of charge when guests supply their own bedding. Alternatively, a fold-out bed may be provided for $100.

  • Safety – The property includes unfenced dams and elevated villas. Children must be supervised at all times.

DOG GUIDELINES

  • Due to the farm environment, resident livestock and local wildlife, we can only welcome exceptionally well-behaved dogs

  • Dogs are welcome in the Villas only, as these spaces provide full privacy.

  • Dogs are permitted in the glamping area only when all four tents are booked exclusively by the same group.

  • Individual glamping tent bookings remain pet-free to be mindful of guests staying in the other tents.

  • Dogs must be fully toilet trained.

  • Please avoid heavy shedders.

  • Dogs must stay away from farm animals.

  • Dogs must stay off all furniture.

  • Safety – We have hidden rodent baits under furniture – well out of reach, but worth noting for curious pups!
